The world premier of a new children's opera adapted for Indianapolis Opera's school tour. Based upon an english folktale, Katherine performs numerous roles including the Mother, the Hotel Manager, The Pond Woman and even makes an appearance as a horsefly.

Canciones Hispanas

September 29th

In honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month, this recital will explore Hispanic music in opera and art song. The evening will compare and contrast music meant to sound 'Spanish' (Bizet's Carmen) and the music of Hispanic composers, including Manuel de Falla, Sorozábal, and Martín y Soler - a contemporary of Mozart's in Vienna.

Opera Ball is Indianapolis Opera's annual special event filled with fun, fanciness, and musical festivities! Katherine will be performing during the evening in the beautiful venue at Newfields Museum of Art.

Indianapolis Opera opens its 45th season with the ever-amusing Elixir of Love sung in Italian with English supertitles. Catch Katherine as Giannetta, Adina's best friend and the town gossip queen in this hilarious show.

An adapted version of the Gounod classic, Katherine performs Stephano and The Nurse in this touring production throughout Ohio as a resident young artist with Opera Toledo.

A new adaptation of a beloved zarzuela, now set at the border of Mexico. Katherine returns to DC to perform the role of Rita in this production featuring Corazón Folklórico Dance Company.
